Then i started to play with the atiogl.xml.Īs far as i could figure it out, the speed incrase came from: if i opened the motorbike scene, after that all of my scenes lost their scale tool (the manipulator, i can only scale through channel editor). Unfortunately, in motorbike scene, i didnt had any scale tool. It worked marvellous (for a while), the viewport speed was 3-4 times the normal (motorbike scene 9 fps vs 33, my own test scenes from 8-10 up to 35.). Because i work with Maya 2011, i downloaded the updated atiogl.xml. i've successfully softmodded my HD4670 into FirePro V7750. "ATI FirePro V5800 (FireGL)" = ati2mtag_EvergreenGL, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68A9 "ATI FirePro V4800 (FireGL)" = ati2mtag_EvergreenGL, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68C8 "ATI FirePro V3800 (FireGL)" = ati2mtag_EvergreenGL, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68C9 # to get rid of the lower right desktop watermark i followed these instructions : Īll these steps worked well and now it works perfectly.! reboot normally without pressing any key. run "dseo 1.3" again with "sign a system file" and chose "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\atikmdag.sys"
